Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Account Manager with proven experience in Odoo or ERP sales.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, proactive, and capable of managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads across target markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis and deliver tailored ERP solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM records
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- :
- Minimum 2 years of proven Odoo or ERP sales experience
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
