Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in IT sales and a proven track record in developing business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales target

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Promote and sell IT products, solutions, and services, including hardware, software, networking, security, and managed services.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, networking, cybersecurity, servers, storage, cloud solutions, and end user computing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Self motivated with excellent time management abilities.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with government, enterprise, hospitality, healthcare, or real estate sectors.
  • Existing network of customers and decision makers in the Saudi market.
  • Experience dealing with major IT vendors and distributors.
