Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Manager (ERP Systems) to lead our business growth by managing client relationships and driving the sales of our integrated ERP solutions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between technical capabilities and business needs, identifying how our software can optimize client operations. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of ERP ecosystems (such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and CRM modules) and has a proven track record of managing long-term B2B accounts, closing complex software deals, and achieving consistent revenue targets.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in ERP or accounting system sales
  • Proven experience in lead generation (very important) through multiple channels (field visits, cold outreach, networking, etc.)
  • Ability to build a pipeline from scratch, not rely on inbound leads
  • Strong closing skills and ability to hit revenue targets
  • Experience with SME clients, in KSA
  • Comfortable conducting field visits for lead generation
  • Ability to reach decision-makers and create interest in the product
  • Experience in upselling and growing existing accounts
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
  • Strong communication skills (Arabic + basic English)

Partner & Agent Experience

  • Ability to onboard and activate partners.
  • Track partner performance and drive revenue through them.
  • Support partners in closing deals.

Requirements

  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a relevant field
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Software (ERP) background/ previous experience is highly preferred.
  • Fast learner.
  • Target & result-oriented (dealt with huge targets before) is a MUST
  • Very good English skills.
  • Presentation, Negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Good listener.
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
