Role Overview
The role is a Sales Account Manager focused on ELV systems and IT infrastructure.
The position develops customer relationships, generates sales opportunities, and converts quotations into profitable orders.
Job Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with system integrators, end users, and consultants.
- Generate enquiries, follow up with customers, and provide required support.
- Sell structured cabling, intercom, UPS, control cable, and lighting control systems.
- Follow up leads and liaise with the manager when support is needed.
- Suggest solutions and conduct technical presentations with the presales team.
- Convert quotes to profitable orders and track sales and gross profit forecasts.
Requirements
- At least three years of proven ELV sales experience is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in science or technology is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- The candidate must communicate effectively with multicultural stakeholders at all levels.
- Pipeline, sales cycle, contact strategy, negotiation, and closing experience is required.
- A valid UAE driving licence is required.
- An enthusiastic, confident, and sales-oriented professional approach is required.
