Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for
identifying new business opportunities,
managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Daily tasks include lead generation, fostering long-term client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and actively engaging with clients to promote OCS Infotech’s solutions and services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Account Management, Customer Satisfaction, and building strong, long-term client relationships
- 3–5 years of proven experience within a System Integrator environment.
- Consistently meet/exceed sales and revenue goals.
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Regularly update Sales pipeline status and forecasts, ensuring visibility and accountability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Maintain strong client and partner relationship for mutual success.
- Proficiency and a successful sales track record with some of the technology partners like Fortinet, NetApp, Commvault, Oracle
- , CrowdStrike
- etc is a plus.
- UAE Driving License is a plus.
