Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage long term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise and SME markets.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Promote ICT Infrastructure, Networking, ELV, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Microsoft solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned with customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with presales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in ICT, System Integration, ELV, Networking, Telecommunications, Cloud, or Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in account management and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage sales opportunities.
  • Self motivated, results driven, and customer focused.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Driving License Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling one or more of the following solutions is an advantage: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Cybersecurity Solutions, Networking & Wi Fi, Firewall Solutions, CCTV & Surveillance Systems, Access Control Systems, Structured Cabling, Data Center Solutions, Cloud Services, Unified Communic
