The Sales Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role manages and grows B2B client accounts while supporting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Identify and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations, and understand client needs.
Align agency solutions with client growth objectives and coordinate proposals with marketing and delivery teams.
Prepare sales reports, monitor account metrics, maintain client communication, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Strong account management, customer satisfaction, and relationship-building skills.
Customer service and client-facing experience with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Previous B2B sales experience; marketing and technology experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is advantageous.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
