Job Purpose

  • The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth of the brand and expanding the market presence of the pasta products.
  • Primary focus is to identify, appoint, develop, and manage distributors for the pasta brand across the UAE and Export markets.

Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Identify, recruit, appoint, and onboard new distributors for the pasta brand.
  • Develop and execute distributor expansion plans to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution contracts in line with company objectives.
  • Monitor distributor performance, sales achievement, stock levels, and market coverage.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and implement action plans to improve performance.
  • Ensure distributors maintain adequate inventory levels and product availability.
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers, buyers, and customers.
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to increase market share.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and business development plans per assigned territory.
  • Drive the growth and positioning of the pasta brand within the Territory.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.

Account Management

  • Manage key accounts and maintain long term customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to credit terms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service related issues effectively.
  • Provide regular market feedback and customer insights to management.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
  • Submit weekly and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and business development updates.
  • Track distributor performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
