Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to manage key client relationships, generate new business, and grow sales of IT solutions, software, hardware, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage existing client accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities in the IT and technology sector.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sales support.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and marketing teams to deliver solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, technology, or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of IT solutions, cloud, software licensing, and cybersecurity.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.

- Pay is listed as QAR 1.00–QAR 10.00 per month.
