Role Summary

  • The Account Executive for the Middle East will drive enterprise sales across utilities, oil & gas, industrials, and large energy companies in the region.
  • You will lead high value deals for our Pulse suite of products including asset performance management/predictive analytics and historian/data platform.
  • This role requires a consultative enterprise seller comfortable with complex technical conversations and multi country engagements through partner ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own revenue for the Middle East region
  • Build and manage relationships with utilities, oil & gas operators, EPCs, and partners.
  • Identify opportunities for large scale digital transformation programs.
  • Lead full cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to closure.
  • Position ExactSpace as the predictive analytics partner for asset heavy organizations.
  • Conduct executive level conversations with CXOs, digital heads, and operations directors.
  • Develop market entry strategies for UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar.
  • Expand partner ecosystem—automation providers, consultants, engineering firms.
  • Influence account strategy for multi country deployments.
  • Work with Presales for tailored demos, walkthroughs, and technical scoping.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing for region specific content and case studies.
  • Report pipeline, forecasts, and account health to leadership.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5–8 years in international enterprise sales (industrial, OT, IIoT, analytics, software).
  • Strong experience selling into Middle East industrial/energy customers.
  • Understanding of CAPEX/OPEX buying patterns, tender processes, and partner driven selling.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business functions.
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East 25–40%.

  • Revenue achievement and account expansion.
  • Strong partner ecosystem and sustained pipeline growth.
  • Establishment of ExactSpace as a preferred predictive analytics provider in the region.
