About the Role

- Challenge traditional customer perceptions and influence buying decisions.
- Drive quarter over quarter and year over year revenue growth.
- Manage key accounts including expansion, retention, and client experience.
- Engage with clients to uncover business challenges and match them to product enhancements.
- Generate demand by co developing strategies to improve client business performance.
- Manage and lead RFPs, negotiate, and deliver on site pitches.
- Build and nurture long term relationships with key client decision makers.
- Network extensively to build relationships with client stakeholders and internal partners.
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience managing enterprise accounts and driving new business in financial technology, banking, or related fields.
- Proven experience selling complex software or services to banks/financial institutions.
- History of exceeding significant revenue targets by closing complex, high value deals.
- Experience developing and presenting transformative solutions to clients, including core banking modernisations or digital change programmes.
- Strong understanding of business principles and ability to explain complex industry trends.
- Skilled in leading and negotiating SaaS and non SaaS service agreements.
- Proven ability to challenge clients' ideas constructively and influence C level executives.
- Solid working knowledge in digital transformation, core banking systems, cloud native software, enterprise architecture, payments, lending, or deposits.

Role Overview
- We are looking for a strong Account Executive to join our fast growing Global Commercial team.
- You will be the face of Tuum to prominent banks, digital challengers, fintechs and non banking financial institutions.
What you'll be doing
- Challenge traditional customer perceptions and drive constructive tension to influence buying decisions.
- Drive and deliver significant quarter over quarter and year over year revenue growth.
- Manage all aspects of key accounts including expansion, retention, and client experience.
- Drive sustainable and profitable growth to exceed revenue targets.
- Engage in ongoing dialogue with clients to uncover business challenges and match them to product enhancements.
- Generate demand by co developing strategies and solutions to improve client business performance.
- Manage and lead RFPs, negotiate, and deliver on site pitches.
- Build and nurture deep, long term relationships with key client decision makers.
- Network extensively, both externally and internally.
