Morgan International is seeking a Sales Account Executive in Dubai to drive B2B and B2C sales for training programs. The role requires 4-5 years of sales experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and residence in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Prepare, implement and follow up on the public and corporate sales strategy under the supervision of the Regional Director.
- Responsible for sales targets for select programs, manage existing pipeline and grow the database of customers and corporate clients’ network.
- Follow up with different departments to ensure business goals are met including marketing, operations, and finance.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market assessment with recommendations for market growth opportunities.
- Assess corporate training needs, set initial meetings, deliver sales presentations, follow up on leads, close sales and manage training delivery.
- Guide and assist students on programs, exam applications, memberships, and acquiring certifications.

Main Responsibilities
- Prepare, implement and follow up on the public and corporate sales strategy under the supervision of the Regional Director.

- Follow up with the different departments to ensure business goals are met including marketing for campaigns and lead generation efforts, operations for course scheduling, instructor allocation and client support, and with the finance for accurate invoicing, collections and reporting.
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market assessment with recommendations for market growth opportunities
- Assess corporate training needs, set initial meetings with decision makers, deliver sales presentations, follow up on the corporate leads, close the sales and manage the training delivery part to ensure client’s overall satisfaction.
- Guide and assist students on programs, exam applications, memberships, and acquiring certifications.
