Sale Representative

PodcastHub is a premium podcast and video production studio based in Dubai, operating multiple in-house studios as well as on-location shoots for client brands and businesses.

We produce high-end podcast and branded video content for a growing roster of corporate and creator clients across the UAE.

We are looking for two driven Sales Representatives to generate new business and grow revenue across our content, podcast and production services.

This is a target-driven role focused on outbound prospecting, client meetings and closing — suited to someone who is comfortable building a pipeline from the ground up in the UAE market

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and industry events.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, managing leads from first contact through to close.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations, understanding client objectives and proposing suitable service packages.
• Prepare and issue proposals, negotiate commercial terms to close, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all activity, contacts and opportunities in the CRM.
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Work with the creative and production teams to ensure proposals are deliverable and correctly scoped.
• Monitor market activity and competitor offerings, and report findings to management.
• Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting to management.
