Lift Dubai is hiring a Sales Executive for AMC sales of elevators and lifts. The role involves prospecting, client consultation, proposal development, and closing deals for annual maintenance contracts.

- Prospecting and lead generation: identify potential clients who own or manage buildings with elevator systems
- Client consultation and needs assessment: meet with potential clients to understand their elevator maintenance needs
- Proposal development: prepare customized proposals outlining the scope of services included in the annual maintenance contract
- Negotiation and closing deals: engage in negotiations with clients and finalize contract terms
- Relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond
- Sales reporting and analysis: keep detailed records of sales activities and generate regular reports
- Market research and competitive analysis: stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaboration with cross functional teams: work closely with operations, customer service, and technical support
- Continuous learning and skill development: stay updated on elevator technology and maintenance best practices
- Goal achievement: set ambitious sales targets and develop strategies to meet or exceed them
Requirements
- 1 3 years experience in elevator sales
- Bilingual, should include Arabic
- Driving license is an advantage
- Freshers can also apply
