Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, practical, and online safety training programs
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, practical exercises, and training materials
- Evaluate participants through written and practical assessments
- Maintain accurate attendance records, assessment results, feedback forms, and training documentation
- Ensure training facilities, equipment, and materials are properly maintained
- Report incidents, customer feedback, training issues, and opportunities for improvement to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) Level 3 mandatory
- Train the Trainer certification or equivalent instructional qualification
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience delivering occupational health and safety training
- Experience conducting practical safety courses (First Aid, Fire Safety, Working at Height, etc.)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and passionate Safety Trainer to join our Dubai Branch.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging safety training programs, conducting practical demonstrations, preparing training materials, and ensuring all training activities comply with company procedures and international safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, practical, and online safety training programs.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assessments, practical exercises, and training materials.
- Conduct training in accordance with approved course syllabi, company procedures, and client requirements.
- Evaluate participants through written and practical assessments.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, assessment results, feedback forms, and training documentation.
- Ensure examination materials remain secure and confidential.
- Demonstrate and promote safe working practices during practical sessions.
- Report incidents, customer feedback, training issues, and opportunities for improvement to management.
- Ensure training facilities, equipment, and materials are properly maintained.
- Provide professional guidance and support to trainees throughout the training process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) Level 3 is mandatory.
- Train the Trainer certification or equivalent instructional qualification.
- DCAS Approved First Aid Trainer certification is an advantage.
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Valid First Aid and Fire Safety certification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience delivering occupational health and safety training.
- Experience conducting practical safety courses such as First Aid, Fire Safety, Working at Height, Confined Space, Manual Handling, Lifting Operations.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of UAE safety regulations and international standards.
- Ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
