- Plan, develop, and deliver safety training programmes to client employees, supervisors, and management
- Conduct courses including Fire Safety & Emergency Response, general safety awareness, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work, Electrical safety, scaffolding
- Develop customized training materials and e learning content tailored to client operations
- Maintain accurate training records, issue certificates of completion, and manage training matrices
- Conduct third party inspections as per ENAS/EIAC regulations
- Assist in HSE audits and compliance assessments
- Identify business development opportunities and report to senior management
Requirements
- Experience in planning, developing, and delivering safety training programs
- Knowledge of fire safety, working at height, confined space entry, permit to work, electrical safety, scaffolding
- Ability to develop customized training materials and e learning content
- Experience in conducting third party inspections per ENAS/EIAC regulations
- Ability to assist in HSE audits and compliance assessments
