- Supervise and manage personnel within the Safety and Security Units to ensure high quality performance
- Review, update and implement safety and security policies, procedures, and manuals
- Recommend and develop new policies and procedures to address safety and security issues and risks
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and security operations
- Investigate and analyze safety and security incidents, recommending preventive measures
- Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations, codes and standards across all facilities
- Monitor facility operations to ensure adherence to safety and security protocols
- Schedule staff effectively to meet safety and security needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations on safety and security issues to stakeholders and staff
- Execute emergency drills, evaluate findings, and develop action plans for improvement
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all facilities and prepare action plans
- Manage safety and security related projects to ensure compliance with Civil Defense and accreditation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited University
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management
- NEBOSH and / or IOSH
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Desired fluency in written and spoken Arabic (not essential)

Job Purpose
- Responsible for ensuring the physical safety and security of Medical Fakeeh. This role leads the Safety and security team, develops training programs, and implements risk management plans. Oversees access control, compliance with safety regulations, and conducts investigations of incidents.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervises and manages personnel within the Safety and Security Units to ensure high quality performance and alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
- Reviews, updates and implements safety and security policies, procedures, and manuals to ensure compliance with MOI, internal standards, and international accreditation requirements.
- Recommends and develops new policies and procedures to address safety and security issues and risks, including emergency procedures and the Emergency Disaster Manual.
- Conducts regular inspections and audits of facilities and security operations, documenting findings and following up on recommendations for improvement.
- Investigates and analyzes safety and security incidents, recommending preventive measures and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensures compliance with safety and security regulations, codes and standards across all facilities.
- Monitors Medical Fakeeh and facility operations to ensure adherence to safety and security protocols, preparing awareness presentations and training sessions for staff.
- Schedules staff effectively to meet safety and security needs, ensuring adequate personnel coverage.
- Prepares and delivers presentations on safety and security issues to stakeholders and staff, promoting a culture of awareness.
- Executes emergency drills, evaluate findings, and develop action plans for improvement, ensuring readiness for potential incidents.
- Participates in meetings and committees as required, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support organizational goals.
- Conducts comprehensive risk assessments for all facilities and prepare action plans to minimize identified risks.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in security management.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited University.
