- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, UAE regulations, client requirements, and ADOSH standards
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify workplace hazards
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness training
- Prepare and review Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit to Work (PTW) requirements
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports
- Monitor site activities to ensure safe work practices are followed
- Maintain HSE records and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters
Requirements

Job Overview
- We are looking for a qualified and proactive Safety Officer to join our project team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in TAQA projects, water pipeline projects, infrastructure projects, or similar utility construction projects.
- The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements to ensure a safe and compliant work environment at the project site.
Requirements
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) – Mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience as a Safety Officer.
