Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with road safety regulations, standards, and company policies
- Conduct regular site inspections of roadworks, traffic diversions, and work zones
- Ensure proper placement and maintenance of traffic control devices (signage, cones, barriers, signals)
- Develop and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
- Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for road activities
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities on safety matters
- Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training to workers and drivers
- Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices on-site
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements
- Maintain safety records, logs, and documentation
- Support emergency response planning and drills
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
