Key Responsibilities
· Monitor and enforce compliance with road safety regulations, standards, and company policies
· Conduct regular site inspections of roadworks, traffic diversions, and work zones
· Ensure proper placement and maintenance of traffic control devices (signage, cones, barriers, signals)
· Develop and implement Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
· Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments for road activities
· Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports
· Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and local authorities on safety matters
· Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training to workers and drivers
· Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices on-site
· Monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements
· Maintain safety records, logs, and documentation
· Support emergency response planning and drills.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
