Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE regulations, standards, and company procedures
- Implement, monitor, and maintain project safety programs and initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and permit to work requirements
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs
- Work closely with the project team to promote and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline
- NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer
- At least 1 year of experience working on ADNOC projects
- Thorough knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards, procedures, and regulations
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Ability to prepare HSE reports and maintain safety documentation

Job Vacancy – Safety Officer
