About the Role
DSCA Building Contracting L.L.C is seeking a Safety Engineer to conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits for construction projects in Dubai.

- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, project requirements, and company policies
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions
- Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions
- Monitor safe work practices of employees and subcontractors
- Maintain safety records, reports, permits, and documentation
- Support emergency response procedures and promote a strong safety culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum UAE construction experience as a Safety Engineer
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, risk assessment, and site safety procedures
- Good communication, reporting, and problem solving skills
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting systems
