Role Overview
Support and implement health, safety, and environmental standards across engineering and site operations.
Work within an interior fitout company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct workplace inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training.
- Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and safety documentation.
- Ensure proper PPE use and safe working practices.
- Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, contractors, and management to improve safety.
Qualifications and Requirements
- NEBOSH Engineering Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
- One to three years of relevant HSE experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
