We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Safety Coordinator to support our workplace health and safety programs in Windsor, Ontario.

This position plays a key role in maintaining safety compliance, coordinating training activities, supporting incident management, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives.

The Safety Coordinator will work closely with the Safety Director, third-party safety consultant, branch management team, supervisors, and field employees to promote a safe and compliant workplace.

• Maintain safety training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate employee safety training, renewals, and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain safety databases and tracking systems.
• Prepare safety reports, statistics, and documentation.
• Coordinate safety meetings, take minutes, and follow up on activities.
• Support communication of safety policies and procedures.

• Assist with workplace incident reporting and investigations.
• Maintain incident tracking logs and related documentation.
• Support WSIB claim administration and documentation.
• Assist with modified work programs and return-to-work documentation.
• Track corrective actions and follow-up requirements.
