Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement safety and health plans and programs for projects
- Identify and evaluate hazards and establish appropriate safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at work sites
- Conduct regular inspections and monitor violations and their closure
- Investigate incidents and injuries, and prepare reports and recommendations
- Prepare and analyze risk assessments and permits to work
- Oversee the implementation of safety procedures in excavation work, work at heights, electrical work, confined spaces, and lifting operations
- Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Implement safety training and awareness programs for all employees
- Prepare reports and statistics related to safety indicators and elevate them to management
- Coordinate with consulting and governmental agencies regarding safety requirements
- Monitor the readiness of fire fighting equipment and emergency evacuation plans

- Familiarity with safety and health systems and Saudi regulations

- Skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Preparation of technical reports and use of Microsoft Office applications
- Communication, supervision, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in the field and make appropriate decisions
