SaaS Sales Executive - Restaurants & Hotels - UAE Based

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, allowing a combination of on-site work and some work from home.

The SaaS Sales Executive for Restaurants & Hotels will focus on selling Hyve AI Labs’ software solutions to hospitality clients across the UAE, including restaurants, cafes, and hotels.

Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with decision-makers in the hospitality sector.

The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with product and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.

The SaaS Sales Executive will track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product and strategy improvements.

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to restaurants, hotels, or broader hospitality clients in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, consultative selling, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Ability to conduct compelling product presentations and demos, and to communicate technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
• Negotiation, contract management, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of hospitality operations, restaurant and hotel workflows, and common software solutions used in the industry.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and collaborating with product, marketing, and technical teams.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and prior experience in Dubai or the wider UAE market are advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
