About the Role

  • We are looking for a driven and results oriented SaaS Sales Executive to lead sales efforts for our portfolio of SaaS solutions, including Asana, Freshworks, and other platforms we onboard as an authorized reseller/partner.
  • This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building long term client relationships, and staying on top of an evolving product portfolio in the fast growing UAE SaaS/tech market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end sales of Asana, Freshworks, and other SaaS products in our portfolio — from lead generation to closing and onboarding handoff.
  • Own the full sales cycle end to end: prospecting, discovery, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and handoff to onboarding/customer success.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and pricing packages based on client requirements.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across SMB and enterprise segments in the UAE market.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs (project management, CRM, helpdesk, and related SaaS categories).
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools; maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to drive upsell, cross sell, and renewals.
  • Stay current on new products added to the portfolio and quickly become proficient in positioning and selling them.
  • Collaborate with pre sales, customer success, and vendor partner teams (e.g., Asana/Freshworks partner managers) to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at partner events, webinars, and networking opportunities as needed.
  • Gather market and competitor intelligence to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, software, or technology sales (B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling productivity, CRM, helpdesk, or collaboration tools is a strong plus (e.g., Asana, Freshworks, Monday.com, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar).
  • Based in the UAE, with strong understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with consultative/solution based selling rather than transactional selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) for pipeline management.
  • Self motivated, organized, and able to manage a multi product portfolio.
  • Ready to work in a fast paced startup environment — comfortable with ambiguity, wearing multiple hats, and adapting quickly as the product portfolio and processes evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Valid UAE driving license (if client visits are expected) — optional based on role design.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
