Job Description

We are hiring Russian-speaking Call Center Representatives / Recruiters based in Dubai to support international recruitment operations and client communication.

Role Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound candidate/client calls
Communicate professionally with Russian-speaking candidates and clients
Explain job opportunities and company services
Screen candidates and assess suitability
Maintain candidate records and follow-ups
Coordinate with the recruitment and operations team
Manage daily call targets and updates

Requirements

Fluent or native-level Russian speaker (mandatory)
English communication skills required
Male or female candidates can apply
Previous call center or recruitment experience is an advantage
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily
Strong communication and organizational skills
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Compensation

Fixed salary AED 3,500 + commission
