About the Role
Interview Culture seeks a Russian-speaking Logistics Specialist for a retail client in Dubai to oversee end-to-end supply chain, warehouse operations, and customs clearance. The role involves managing 3PL partners, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all B2B (store deliveries) and E commerce flows (inbound/outbound, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and transfers) across the UAE and GCC
- Work from the 3PL warehouse facility at least 2 times per week to audit processes, monitor workloads, and resolve operational issues
- Monitor and ensure 3PL warehouse performance, shipment quality, and order accuracy meet targeted strict SLAs
- Coordinate and control annual stock inventory, manage daily discrepancies, and lead reconciliation processes
- Manage import, export, transit, and local clearance between Free Zones, Mainland UAE, and GCC destinations
- Partner with customs brokers and freight forwarders; ensure correct documentation and monitor clearance timelines
- Support product registration, compliance, and import clearance for new business categories
- Conduct market analysis, run tenders, and negotiate commercial terms with new 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last mile delivery providers
- Identify efficiency initiatives to optimize logistics operating costs and improve service scopes
- Validate vendor invoices against agreed rate cards and allocate costs accurately by internal cost centers
- Prepare business requirements and test new logistics functionality in the internal ERP system
- Collaborate with internal IT and the 3PL contractor to develop and optimize data exchange logic
Requirements
- Fluent English AND Fluent Russian (both written and spoken) are mandatory
- 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, 3PL management, and customs clearance in the UAE/GCC region
- Strong knowledge of UAE Free Zones, Mainland, and GCC cross border logistics
- Advanced user of ERP systems and experience with WMS integration/data exchange setup
- Strong negotiation skills and advanced analytical skills for cost analysis
- Proven track record of managing high performing vendor SLAs
- Retail/E commerce background is preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to oversee our end to end supply chain, warehouse operations, and customs clearance processes across the UAE and GCC region.
- In this role, you will manage our 3PL partners, drive cost optimization, control logistics billing, and act as a key bridge between our local operations and HQ.

Key Responsibilities Vendor Management, Tenders & Cost Optimization
- Procurement & Tenders: Conduct market analysis, run tenders, and negotiate commercial terms with new 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last mile delivery providers in the GCC.
- Cost Optimization: Identify efficiency initiatives to optimize logistics operating costs and improve service scopes.
- Onboarding & Governance: Lead operational alignment, SLA setup, and contract management/addendums for new and existing vendors.
Key Responsibilities Cost Control & Finance Support
- Invoice Verification: Validate vendor invoices against agreed rate cards and allocate costs accurately by internal cost centers.
- Financial Transparency: Track additional operational charges (overtime, gate passes, storage, demurrages) and provide detailed monthly cost breakdowns to the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities IT Systems & WMS Integration
- ERP System Development: Prepare business requirements and test new logistics functionality in the internal ERP system to improve visibility and reporting.
- WMS Integration: Collaborate with internal IT and the 3PL contractor to develop and optimize data exchange logic (statuses, stock visibility, tracking).
Key Responsibilities Reporting & Cross Functional Alignment
- Performance Analytics: Prepare regular operational dashboards and reports on warehouse, transportation, and E commerce delivery metrics.
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and adapt localized SOPs for the 3PL warehouse based on global company standards and local operational specifics.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure seamless communication and alignment between local vendors, regional teams, and international HQ functions.
Requirements
