Job Description

  • We are seeking experienced and motivated Russian and Iraqi Off Plan Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients interested in Dubai's off plan property market.
  • As an Off Plan Property Consultant, you will guide clients through the property investment process, provide expert market advice, and help them find the best investment opportunities from leading developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new client leads.
  • Promote and sell Dubai off plan properties to local and international clients.
  • Conduct property presentations and consultations.
  • Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
  • Stay updated on the latest off plan launches, market trends, and pricing.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off plan sales.
  • Fluency in Russian or Arabic (Iraqi dialect) is required. English proficiency is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self motivated with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
  • RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
