Position Summary

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests while providing professional dining service.

Support guest needs, kitchen communication, payment processing, cleanliness, and closing duties.

Core Duties

  • Set tables according to event type and service standards.
  • Answer menu questions and communicate wait times, re-cook orders, availability, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
  • Record orders in MICROS and process accurate guest payments.
  • Check guest satisfaction throughout service.
  • Maintain work areas, china, and glassware and complete closing duties.
  • Follow safety and security policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
  • Welcome guests, address service needs, maintain professional relationships, and support team goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
  • No supervisory experience is required or listed.
  • No license or certification is listed.

Physical and Workplace Requirements

  • The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking during a work shift.
  • The role involves lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects, including items over 50 pounds with assistance.
  • The role involves uneven or slippery surfaces, stairs, ramps, reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
