Role overview
Support customers, solve technical challenges, and deliver communication and audio solutions for the Inspiring Audio Business.
The role focuses on RTS products, customer intercom systems, audio networking, and IP-based communications.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance on RTS products and solutions.
- Support Sales with technical expertise for customer engagements, project planning, and solution design.
- Review intercom system designs and develop scalable, operational solutions.
- Troubleshoot, test, validate, and debug hardware, software, architectures, and customer environments.
- Create technical documentation, system designs, and signal flow diagrams.
- Assist with commissioning, configuration, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to achieve customer outcomes.
- Manage priorities and coordinate activities with customers and internal stakeholders.
Technical skills
- Working knowledge of Dante audio networking, AES67, and the SMPTE 2110 suite.
- Understanding of RTS RVON and IP-based communications systems.
- Familiarity with server virtualisation technologies.
- Strong networking principles and troubleshooting knowledge.
