Role Overview
The Risk Management Division manages the firm's risk framework, risk appetite, risk-return profile, and capital deployment independently of trading and operational areas.
Risk and Control is the 1.5 line of defense function for global Risk Management and provides governance and control oversight across Risk functions.
The team reviews policies and procedures, assesses RCSAs, conducts control testing, drives governance projects, and monitors control-related KPIs and KRIs.
The team prepares recommendations and lessons learned for senior management and presents findings to senior management or relevant committees.
