Role Overview
Provide expert technical support for infrastructure services and address complex infrastructure-related issues.
Apply technical knowledge and critical thinking to support reliable infrastructure service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist with infrastructure project implementation and execute assigned project tasks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve infrastructure efficiency and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare infrastructure documentation, including incident reports and configuration details.
- Follow established infrastructure service delivery best practices and standards.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically five or more years of relevant industry experience, including at least two years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technology.
