Role Overview
GitLab is seeking an Integration Engineer for RPA UiPath to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level automation solutions.
The role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose automation aligned with company objectives.
The engineer is responsible for timely delivery, production support, and continuous improvement of reliable RPA solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reusable UiPath automations for manual and repetitive processes.
- Gather requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with stakeholders on automation solutions.
- Maintain process maps, solution designs, user manuals, and handbook documentation.
- Support reviews, scalable testing, release planning, and end-user documentation.
- Deliver automation projects end-to-end and support architecture decisions.
- Monitor live automations, handle exceptions, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize solutions.
- Conduct proofs of concept and evaluate new RPA and UiPath capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant IT discipline or equivalent experience.
