RPA Developer III - India

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Platform components, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and AI Builder tools, with a focus on automating business processes and workflows.

Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation to support automated solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.

Provide deployment support and troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours, leading efforts in problem determination and resolution.

Configure robotic processes and objects using core workflow principles to ensure efficiency and maintainability, emphasizing business process automation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess processes for automation opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Identify opportunities for enhancement in existing automated processes and recommend solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Share best practices in RPA development and mentor team members in automation strategies.
