Rotational Analyst Program 2027

Summer Event: Candidates selected as a part of the application process will be invited to attend the Rotational Analyst Program Summer Event.

This event will include a presentation, which will give an overview of Davidson Kempner’s investment capabilities, as well as an opportunity to network with current investment professionals.

This is a 2-year analyst program that will involve a rotation in the first year across different investment teams within credit and equities, ranging from U.S.

Corporates, Real Estate, Structured Products, Long/Short Credit, Long/Short Equities, Convertible Arbitrage, Merger Arbitrage and Special Situations.

The experience will provide exposure to both private and public equity and credit markets.

We will offer excel, corporate finance and accounting training, including access to extensive virtual programs, but most of the learning will come from apprenticeship and working side by side with the investment teams.

In the second year of the program, the analyst will remain with one team to gain deeper knowledge and further develop skills.
