Rostering Systems Administrator

System Support & Maintenance – Support the day-to-day administration of payroll and rostering systems, including user access, data updates and configuration changes, with a focus on critical activities throughout the pay fortnight.

User Support & Training – Provide first-level support to system users, responding to queries and resolving issues relating to system functionality, data entry and reporting.

Testing & Implementation – Participate in testing and implementation of system upgrades, patches and new functionality, helping ensure changes are accurate and fit for purpose.

Reporting & Analytics – Generate routine and ad hoc reports from payroll and rostering systems to support operational requirements and informed decision-making.

Compliance & Governance – Maintain system configurations in line with relevant legislation, industrial awards, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) and internal policies and procedures.

You will bring:

Experience supporting rostering systems (e.g. RosterOn or similar)

A sound understanding of payroll processes, awards and enterprise agreements

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

Clear communication skills and a customer‑focused approach

The ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/data analysis tools

A willingness to learn and contribute to system enhancements

Desirable:

Qualifications or training in payroll, HR systems, or information system
