Position Summary
Coordinate room assignments according to guest requests and preferences.
Support guest arrivals, departures, reservations, room changes, and service requests.
Work with other departments to resolve guest needs and support hotel operations.
Guest and Rooms Operations
- Pre-register designated guests and prepare key packets.
- Coordinate group check-in and pre-registration procedures.
- Confirm reservations and cancellations and review duplicate reservations.
- Review out-of-order rooms and block rooms as needed.
- Verify market codes, room rates, billing, and documented exceptions.
- Process check-ins and check-outs, activate room keys, and secure payment.
- Run daily reports and relay guest messages accurately.
- Follow up with guests to confirm that requests and problems are resolved.
Service and Compliance
- Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, quality standards, and asset-protection procedures.
- Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and address concerns professionally.
- Coordinate tasks across departments and maintain positive working relationships.
