Overview
Manages and schedules maintenance tasks, supervises the maintenance team, and ensures all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
Oversees repairs, preventive maintenance, and responds to urgent issues to maintain optimal facility performance.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Clean and service guest rooms daily (beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture)
- Change bed linens and towels according to standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Handle guest requests politely and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors and service areas
- Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Respect guest privacy and hotel security policies
- Basic literacy (reading and writing)
