Job Summary
Clean, service, present, and maintain assigned guest rooms and designated Housekeeping areas.
Ensure guest rooms are clean, hygienic, comfortable, well-presented, and properly equipped.
Follow hotel standards, brand standards, standard operating procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Contribute to the guest experience through detail-oriented, professional, and efficient work.
Guest Room Cleaning and Presentation
- Collect room assignments, keys, work instructions, and operational information from the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Review occupied, vacant, check-out, stayover, do-not-disturb, and other assigned room statuses.
- Prepare the housekeeping trolley with linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, equipment, and guest supplies.
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel procedures, brand standards, and productivity requirements.
- Communicate maintenance defects, guest requests, lost property, and other concerns for appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments so rooms are serviced and released within required timeframes.
