Job Summary
The hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant for its Housekeeping team.
The role is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Room Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize rooms according to established standards.
- Check rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and missing or damaged items.
Reporting & Guest Service
- Report maintenance defects, lost and found items, and other concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow procedures for handling guest belongings and hotel property.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
Standards & Equipment
- Maintain housekeeping equipment and assigned work areas.
- Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures.
- Complete assigned rooms within required time and quality standards.
