Roofing Service Technician

Requirements

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six ( 6 ) months experience in roofing or construction
• SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have and maintain a good driving record
• Must pass preemployment drug screening
• Must be able to work in high places and elevated surfaces
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift/carry up to 50 lb
• Must be able to use hand and power tools safety, effective, and within proper use
• Must be AGILE. The ability to hold yourself and others Accountab le , have a personal Growth mindset, ability to act with Integrity , abilit y to demonstrate Leadership attributes to motivate and support coworkers, and practice Everyday Improvement .
• WORK CONDITIONS:
• Works outside in all types of weather and may be exposed to extreme heat and cold, rain, snow , sun etc.
• SAFETY SENSITIVE
• This is a safety sensitive position due to driving requirements or job responsibilities whole include safety -sensitive tasks that require performing duties fraught with risk of injury to others where even a momentary lapse of attention may have grave and disastrous consequences.
