Roofing Field Superintendent

Master Roofing Solutions, part of the TIMEPROOFUSA family, is a full-service roofing company that specializes in fire-safe roofing systems committed to safety and sustainability. We are seeking a highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage production roofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols. The Field Superintendent will be the critical link between projects and management, handling a diverse range of responsibilities What you’ll do: Oversee and manage 15–20 commercial roofing projects simultaneously, from initial loading of materials to final completion. Directly manage crews of 15–20 employees, assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and quality. Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications. Participate in the hiring and firing process, conducting performance evaluations in coordination with senior management. Serve as the primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and providing guidance. Must be proficient in working with a wide array of roofing materials and systems, including tile, TPO, PVC, standing seam flashing, and asphalt. Must be a "headstrong" leader with the ability to manage and motivate large teams effectively. Capable of managing complex logistics across multiple job sites.
