Role Overview Responsible for deployment, debugging, maintenance, technical support, training, and operational feedback for Sudo robots in customer sites, developer centers, partner locations, exhibitions, and project environments.

This role bridges product, R&D, customers, and deployment operations.

• Understand Sudo robot architecture, deployment procedures, and service standards.
• Deploy, configure, calibrate, and test robots in real-world environments.
• Support customer demos, exhibitions, developer events, and investor visits.
• Provide technical training to customers, channel partners, and operators.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair support.
• Build standardized field service and maintenance SOPs.
• Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and training materials.
• Support logistics, spare parts management, and deployment preparation.
• Participate in field validation for software, firmware, and hardware updates.
• Collect customer feedback and help improve product quality and usability.
• Maintain relationships with regional partners and service providers.

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, automation, electronics, computer science, AI, or related fields preferred.
• Experience with robotics, AGV/AMR systems, automation equipment, or intelligent hardware.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and hardware debugging capabilities.
• Experience with Linux, ROS/ROS2, Python, C++, networking, or sensor debugging preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for deployment and customer support.
• Strong communication and technical training abilities.
