The Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for validating the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of software systems that manage robotic warehouse operations. This role works closely with Software Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Operations teams to ensure solutions perform correctly under real-world warehouse conditions.
The ideal candidate is passionate about quality engineering, test automation, and operational simulation. They will develop and execute tests that validate warehouse workflows, robotic fleet behavior, integrations, and customer-specific configurations through a combination of automated testing, hardware emulation, and simulation-based validation.
This role plays a critical part in preventing production issues by identifying defects and operational risks before software reaches customer environments.

Assist in maintaining digital twin environments representing customer deployments.
Develop reusable operational test scenarios for release validation.
Configure and maintain emulated warehouse environments.
Validate integrations with: Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) Barcode scanners Label printers PLC-controlled equipment Conveyor systems Third-party APIs

Reproduce customer-reported issues using simulation and emulation environments.
Develop automated test suites for APIs, workflows, integrations, and regression testing.
Expand automated coverage across warehouse and robotics applications.
