This role works from blueprints and work instructions to fixture, tack, and weld steel assemblies while ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production.
As employees develop their welding skills and production knowledge, there is an opportunity to grow into a Robotic Grinder Operator and Robotic Welder Operator role, supporting automated welding systems and robotic welding cells.
Robotic Welder Operator What You'll Do
• Load parts into robotic welding fixtures and secure them properly.
• Start and monitor robotic welding programs.
• Inspect welded parts for quality and consistency.
• Make minor robot program adjustments such as touch-ups or position edits.
• Perform light touch-up welding when needed.
• Set weld parameters such as voltage and wire speed.
• Maintain robotic welding cells and keep equipment organized and efficient.

Compensation : $26 – $30 per hour based on experience

The pay range for this role is:
