As the Chief Engineer - Robotics, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department's technical direction and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

You will lead a team of different development disciplines, providing structure, guidance, and support to achieve the company's strategic goals.

will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring the highest standards of engineering excellence.

• Lead and manage the robotics development team, advancing a culture of innovation, collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Advance the team to adhere to the engineering strategies, principles, processes, and procedures to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure the team adheres to the ASI Product Development Process (PDP) and passage of all gate reviews.
• Maintain compliance with budgets, resource management, and milestone deliveries.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Perform internal development reviews and gates [Example: Concept, Detailed, and Final Designs] to ensure the requirements and project performance metrics are met.
• Collaborate with other departments, including product management, operations, and manufacturing to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Manage engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the robotics engineering team, resolving complex technical issues and challenges.
