About the Role
BIMECS seeks a Roads and Wet Utilities / Dry Utilities Civil 3D Modeler for an on-site role in Dubai. You will create detailed 3D models for road networks and utilities using Autodesk Civil 3D, coordinate with engineers, and ensure clash-free models.

Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and update detailed 3D models for road networks, wet utilities, and dry utilities using Autodesk Civil 3D
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to produce accurate models
- Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to ensure clash free models
- Prepare plan and profile drawings, cross sections, and details
- Perform model based quantity take offs
- Support design reviews and maintain model documentation
- Adhere to BIM execution plans and project standards
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D for roads and utilities modeling
- Hands on experience with BIM processes and tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit)
- Solid understanding of roads and highways design fundamentals
- Knowledge of wet utilities and dry utilities design and modeling
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience preparing plan and profile drawings, cross sections, and quantity take offs
- Familiarity with local and international infrastructure design standards
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Organized and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in relevant field
- GCC experience is preferred

Role Description
- Create, develop, and update detailed 3D models for road networks, wet utilities (water, sewer, stormwater), and dry utilities (power, telecom, gas) using Autodesk Civil 3D and BIM tools.
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications, coordinate with engineers, and ensure models are accurate and clash free.
- Prepare plan and profile drawings, cross sections, details, and perform model based quantity take offs.
- Maintain model documentation, adhere to BIM execution plans, and collaborate to resolve design and coordination issues.
