**The RO Operato**r is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the reverse osmosis water treatment plant to ensure continuous production of high-quality water as per required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the **reverse osmosis (RO) plant** and associated equipment (pumps, filters, membranes, dosing systems).
- Ensure proper **startup, shutdown, and operation** of RO systems as per SOPs.
- Monitor key parameters such as **TDS, pH, pressure, flow rate, and conductivity**.
- Perform routine **water quality testing** and maintain records.
- Conduct regular **cleaning and maintenance** of RO membranes (CIP – Cleaning in Place).
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and take corrective actions.
- Maintain proper **chemical dosing** (anticalins, chlorine, etc.).
- Record daily operational data, log sheets, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and environmental (HSE)** standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the plant area.
Requirements
- 12th/Diploma/ITI or any.
- Minimum **2–5 years of experience** in RO plant operation.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes and RO system components.
- Familiarity with **PLC systems** is an advantage.
- Ability to read gauges, meters, and technical manuals.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
